Jennifer Lawrence admits to being anonymous TikTok rage baiter who argues with strangers online
Jennifer Lawrence has a secret TikTok account that she uses to rage bait people in comment sections of videos.
During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Lawrence decided to come clean about her account and believes it's time to "take the mask off."
"Cuz I'm literally, I'm arguing about like Victorian, you know, ancestry," Lawrence said about her arguments.
She explained that she gets in online fights with strangers "every day" primarily about "English Tudor history."
"All day, every day, you know, there's not really — yeah, if I'm breathing, I'm rage baiting," Lawrence said.
The "Hunger Games" star went on to explain that her For You page is full of skincare videos and clips "where the girls wake up and they're like..." Lawrence said before mimicking a girl removing an overnight face mask.
Lawrence previously opened up about her "secret life on TikTok" in a 2025 interview with Fandango.
One month before the podcast appearance, Lawrence joined Instagram for the first time, despite previously keeping a low profile online. In September, Lawrence launched her Instagram account with a video explaining that if she received negative comments, she would leave the platform immediately.
"So yeah, I am giving it a shot and if anyone says anything negative I will quit immediately, no questions asked. If anyone thinks something mean, I will know and I will quit," she said.

At the time, Lawrence doubled-down on her comments and posted this message to her Instagram story: "Please be mindful that any mean or aggressive comments can negatively affect the baby. Its me. Im the baby."
Since joining in September, Lawrence's Instagram account has grown to 8.6 million followers. She has yet to launch a public TikTok account.
Lawrence also confirmed on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast that she will reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in the prequel, "The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping," out on Nov. 20.
